Cooking for babies and growing children presents a serious challenge on the road. When you want to do that ever so important nutrients, it is often difficult for such food, eat the best for their bodies to grow. We probably all seen the food pyramid and the number of servings our children need healthy grains, protein, fruits, vegetables, and calcium. This led to the labeling of food products, is another matter time, unfortunately.

The good news while cooking for children is that they need not contain all the important nutrients in food lunch.
